Payment, Delivery, Warranty.


Payment options:

Online card / PayPal payment - after completing the order, you will be redirected to the payment gateway, payment confirmation will be sent to your email.

Bank deposit- you will transfers money from you bank account into our bank account to complete your purchase. You will receive an invoice to your email no later than the next working day. Your order will be dispatched once we receive your payment.

Delivery options: 

For all goods (except for items with an SKU starting with 'BR-'):

  • Standard - usually it takes from 2 to 5 business days, £6 (free for orders over ÂŁ59)*, ***
  • Temporarily unavailable - Express  - 1 to 3 business days, ÂŁ12 (free for orders over ÂŁ199)*, ** , ***

For items with SKU codes beginning with 'BR-':

  • Standard - usually it takes from 3 to 6 business days, ÂŁ6 (free for orders over ÂŁ99)***

!!! Please note that orders containing both types of items will be sent in separate parcels. !!!

* - Not applicable to the Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland; delivery here takes a minimum of 4–5 business days.

** -Orders placed after 11:30 am or on Monday will be delivered within 2–3 business days.

*** - Please be aware that orders placed during the following dates will require an additional 1 day for delivery:
  • May 4 (Mon) — Early Monday
  • May 25 (Mon) — Spring Monday
  • August 31 (Mon) - Summer Bank Holiday
  • December 25 (Fri) / 26 (Sat)— Christmas Days

Warranty:

We warrant that on delivery, and for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery any products which are goods shall:

  • conform in all material respects with their description and any relevant specification;
  • be free from material defects in design, material and workmanship;
  • be of satisfactory quality
  • In the event of any goods being materially defective, we will replace or repair the product or refund the purchase price.

These warranties shall not apply to any defect which arises from improper use, failure to follow the product instructions, or any repair or modification made without our consent.
