Without prejudice to previous clause, if you are a trade customer, we shall not be liable to you (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise) for any:
- loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, goodwill, reputation, use of money, anticipated savings, operation time, business opportunity and other similar losses, or any business interruption;
- indirect or consequential losses, damages, costs or expenses, neither will we be liable to you for any other losses which are not a foreseeable consequence of us being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or our legal duties.
If you are a trade customer, you acknowledge and agree that these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire and only agreement between us.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to affect your legal rights if you are a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude or limit our liability to you for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or for any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded as a matter of applicable law.
All goods are sold in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and are subject to any qualifications, representations or instructions contained in the documentation associated with the goods.
If you are a trade customer we will not be responsible to you or, in the event that you are undertaking work for another person, to any other person, for the use or installation of any goods by you. Accordingly, if you are a trade customer, you hereby agree to hold us harmless from and indemnify us against any liability associated with, any claim or allegation that we are responsible for any failings in the installation or use of goods that we supply.
If, notwithstanding any other provisions in these terms and conditions, any liability attaches to us, our liability to the Customer arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or any order whether in contract, tort or otherwise shall be limited in the aggregate to £100 or the total value of the order, whichever is greater.
Right to Cancel
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods (“Cancellation Period”), subject to the terms below.

Return of Goods
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of cancellation, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation.
Refunds
We will refund you upon receiving the returned goods in acceptable condition (as determined by us acting reasonably), using the original payment method.
We may make a deduction if the value of the goods has been reduced due to your handling.
Exclusions

Delivery
We will deliver goods to the address you provide when placing your order. Any delivery times are estimates and subject to change. The customer shall inspect the goods on receipt. If no complaint is received by us within 3 days of delivery it shall be presumed that the goods arrived in good condition. If a defect is obvious on inspection the customer shall notify us immediately. the customer shall preserve the goods and the packaging and agree on a course of action with us. We shall at our discretion replace or arrange repair of damaged goods at our own cost. We shall not be responsible for the consequences of damage to the goods or any delay in repair.
