ETH-MOD-T protocol converter manufactured by TENSE Turkey is a compact gateway for connecting any devices with RS-485 port to local network, SCADA systems, OPC internet servers via modem.

The RS-485/Ethernet gateway has a number of characteristics that allow its use for most analogs (e.g. ET-485, VTR-E, ET-485):

Compact protocol converter size - only 2 modules wide - 35 mm;

quick installation of the gateway on a standard DIN rail;

the converter is supplied with an Ethernet cable (2 m);

220 V supply voltage;

resistance to a wide range of supply voltage fluctuations - 85 V ... 300 V

connection of up to 32 devices via RS485 / ModBus;

light indication of power supply / network connection / communication activity;

high data transfer rate - up to 115 200 bps;

10/100BASE Ethernet network;

wide operating ambient temperature range: -20 °C ... +55 °C (in most cases does not require additional heating or cooling);

free software for gateway installation.

The device works only with MODBUS RTU protocol
