Heating elements are used to maintain temperature and reduce humidity levels in electrical panels, automation cabinets, ATMs, payment terminals and other electronic equipment. Since Soviet times, incandescent lamps have been used for these purposes - but it is clear that this method does not ensure compliance with modern stringent requirements for electrical equipment and electronics.
